This website gives general information about Qvinzbridge, our testing equipment, modelling and systems engineering services, research facilities and the VUE platform. It is provided for information only. It is not an offer, quotation or contract, and nothing on it creates a professional, advisory or client relationship.

Products, services, specifications and performance figures shown here (for example, gas gun velocities) are indicative. They become binding only when confirmed in a written agreement signed by us.

2. VUE and products in development

VUE is a platform we are actively building. Descriptions of VUE, including its features and capabilities, reflect our current plans and may change. They are not a commitment to deliver any feature, on any timeline, or at all.

The animated “domain bridge” graphic on the home page is an illustration. It is not real test data and not a screenshot of the product.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the Qvinzbridge and VUE names, designs, and the layout and code of the site, is owned by or licensed to Qvinzbridge and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and print or save a copy for your own personal or internal business use, as long as you keep all notices intact. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any part of it, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully or in breach of these terms;

• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the website’s operation or security;

We may update these terms, or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, at any time without notice. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website is governed by the law that applies to the Qvinzbridge office you are dealing with:

• India (Qvinzbridge Private Limited): the laws of India, with the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
• Canada (Qvinzbridge Inc.): the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, with the courts of Ontario having exclusive jurisdiction.

This does not take away any rights you have under mandatory local consumer or data protection law that cannot be waived.
